Buffalo is going to be a bit shorthanded in this game without two of its top defensive players. The Bills are certainly going to be sans defensive tackle Kyle Williams (knee) and it seems almost certain that Mario Williams (foot) will be on the sideline. Without them, the Bills desperately need Marcell Dareus to dominate up the middle, putting pressure on Kansas City quarterback Alex Smith.

The Chiefs have been playing great football the last four games, going without a turnover in each of them. It is the first time in franchise history that Kansas City has gone that long without giving the ball away. Andy Reid’s is also playing incredible defense, led by a plethora of talent including Justin Houston, Tamba Hali, Eric Berry and Marcus Peters.

In the last six games, Kansas City has not allowed more than 18 points. Over the last three contests, the Chiefs have not permitted a touchdown before garbage time. Buffalo will need to get the ground game going to loosen up one of the best secondaries in the league.
